Subject: King St Metro proposed revisions :: July 20, 7-8pm

                             The City of Alexandria has obtained funds to build 
a set of improvements to access the King Street Metrorail station.   WMATA and 
the City developed a preliminary design of set of improvements which was 
reviewed at a public meeting held on January 25. Based upon this input and 
feedback, staff developed a revised scheme to improve access at the King Street 
Metrorail station. 


Residents and members of the public are encouraged to attend a meeting on 
Tuesday, July 20 from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm, City Hall, 301 King Street, Sister 
Cities Conference Room 1101 to give feedback and comments on the proposed 
revisions.
