Telegraph Bike Ped Route to Stoville

Anyone know how the new trail will connect to Huntington Av?   The current bridge over Cameron Run has no emergency lanes on the east side (IOW walkers are in traffic lane) and the sidewalks on the west side of Telegraph have been blocked.   

Wondering how long this situation will remain and what the final infrastructure will be.
