Considering the rec amenities they're adding, sure hope they keep the toilet facilities NPS had in the original plan.  

Also interesting on the 'no parking' under bridge.   Since a chain link fence is not considered a vehicle barrier, the bridge is currently at greater risk because a bad guy could drive below any part of the bridge without being blocked by parked cars.   When someone wants to do something the security folks say 'no' but their lack of concern with the current situation shows they don't really care  -- it's just safer career-wise for them to say no to any approval request.
