  1.                  BikeWalk Alexandria Issues – Jerry 
  a.       Any new attendees?
  b.      Membership current?
  c.       Training for Bike Marshals for rides
  d.      Recruiting efforts
                                                     i.      Webpage – maintenance
                                                   ii.      Dave or Bruce will see if they can get email listing from WABA for Alexandria members
  e.       T shirt sales $10 
  f.        BWA Bike Parking Commitment -  Dave
                                                     i.      Determine our goal  – 
                                                   ii.      Availability of racks, grants, city
   
  2.                  Events – Past Current and Future:
  a.       May - Earth Day
  b.      May 15th Thursday – Wilson Bridge Dedication and Walk/Ride?
  c.       May 16 – Bike-to-Work Day – need volunteers
  d.      June 14-15 Waterfront Festival – bike parking available
  e.       June 7th - Arlington/Alexandria Community Bike Ride – need volunteers
  f.        July Independence Day Parade
  g.       Oct 4-7  BikeWalk Virginia Conference 
  h.       Oct  13th Saturday Alexandria Heritage Trail Bike Ride
   
  3.                  Meetings concerning Monroe Bridge and Potomac Yard development.  -  Jerry
  a.       Meets every 2nd Thursday of month –  MV Recreation Center
  4.                   Woodrow Wilson Bridge Neighborhood Task Force –Jerry
  a.       Plan on bike/Ped ride across North span of bridge before it opens.  Ideas?
  5.                  Status of bike/pedestrian projects.  –Yon
   
  Future Meetings:  
  May 5th - City of Alexandria’s Pedestrian and Bicycle Citizen’s Group will meet at 7:00 P.M. at the Mount Vernon Community School (Library/Media Center).
  June 2nd - BikeWalk Alexandria will meet Monday at St. Elmo’s at 7:30
