FYI: Here are two events that will occur shortly that marry the active 
living concept (biking/walking, etc) to health issues. Both are FREE! 
I will be at both of these so if you are planning to go let's chat. :)

"Environmental Solutions to Obesity in America's Youth" to be held in 
Washington, DC on June 1-2, 2005, visit the conference web site at 
http://www.niehs.nih.gov/drcpt/events/oe2005/.  Registration is FREE!  
Space is limited, so we encourage you to register online and guarantee 
your space at the conference.  Registrations are accepted on a first-
come, first-served basis.  
 
"CHAMPION: Commonwealth's Healthy Approach and Mobilization Plan for 
Inactivity, Obesity & Nutrition" The Virginia Department of Health is 
pleased to invite you to participate in the development of CHAMPION, 
visit the conference website at www.vahealth.org/wic/champion.htm. 
Deadline for registration is April 30, 2005. In Northern Virginia this 
workshop will take place May 4 and 5th at the Hilton Garden Inn, 3950 
Fairfax Dr. Fairfax VA 22033. Day 1: 9 a.m.- 4 p.m., Day 2: 9:00 a.m. -
 12:00 p.m.
