Is anybody interested in helping to staff a table at this health fair.  I would be willing to do some time.  I also have some brochures and a poster board display.

On Thursday, May 20, 2004, the City of Alexandria’s Personnel Services
Department will sponsor its 9th Annual Health & Benefits Fair "Jump Start
Your Health."  The purpose of this one-day event is to provide information,
education and motivation to all City employees and retirees for maintaining
a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

We would like to invite your organization to participate by setting up a
booth and/or providing a health screening(s).  Please join us for a day
full of fun activities!  We would like to have your response within 10
business days so we may start making the necessary logistic arrangements.
In appreciation of your participation, we will provide you with lunch and
on-site parking at no cost.

The Fair will take place at the Charles Houston Community Center at 905
Wythe Street, Alexandria, Virginia, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.  All City
employees will be able to attend this event to view exhibits, observe
demonstrations and participate in health screenings.  Last year’s Fair was
a tremendous success due to the quality of our vendors  and increased
employee participation.  We hope to make this year's fair a another
success.

Please know that your participation in this event would be extremely
beneficial in helping our employees improve their quality of life.  We hope
you will support us in reaching our goal for healthy resolutions.   In the
