Commonwealth Ave. Bike Lanes

Not sure if I count as a member of the Committee, but I agree with Kevin
Brugman's comments that the arrows would serve an educational value for
cyclists.  I believe it would also educate drivers.  I was yelled at
last year by a driver who said the law required me to ride against the traffic.
