Bicycle checklist for kids

Any suggestions on this checklist I made up for kids. I used it last year. I
go over each of these items with older kinds.  For younger kids I just tell
them to always wear a helmet, never ride in the street, and do what their
parents tell them.  I ask them to go over the list with their parents.  I
have graphics on the handout.  I will update it based on your comments and
send out a version with the graphics so anybody can use it.

BICYCLE CHECKLIST

CHECK YOUR BIKE BEFORE YOU GO RIDING

? Brakes work
? Air in tires
? Wheel nuts tight
? Handlebars tight
? Pedals tight

TAKE THESE THING WITH YOU

? Always wear your HELMET
? Identification
? Wear bright clothes
? NO HEADPHONES

FOLLOW THESE SAFETY RULES

? Ride on the right side of the road or trail
? Obey all traffic signs and signals
? STOP and look both ways before going into the street
? Ride single file
? Ride is a straight line; don’t weave and swerve
? Yield to people walking
? Use hand signals before turning or stopping
