VDOT CITIZEN INFORMATION/PARTICIPATION MEETING ON THE
PROPOSED REDESIGN OF THE ROUTE 50/27 INTERCHANGE IN ARLINGTON
                 THURSDAY, MARCH 29, 2001, 5-8 PM
LONG BRANCH ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, 33 N FILMORE ST, ARLINGTON

One objective of this $13 million project
(#0050-000-119,PE101,C-501,B-610) is to upgrade the shared-use paths along
the north side of Rte 50 and the west side of Rte 27. These paths will
have some at-grade crossings of highway ramps and/or frontage roads, so
scrutiny of VDOT's proposed design is essential. Participate and make a
difference! Written comments may be submitted at the meeting or sent
within 10 days thereafter (postmarked by April 9) to: Mr. Thomas. F.
Farley, Adminstrator, VDOT NoVA District, 14685 Avion Pkwy, Chantilly VA
20151-1104, Fax 703-383-2470, Email <farley_tf at vdot.state.va.us>.
