GW Parkway Intersections

Note from a friend at work who rides in from Arlington to Crystal City--


There have been some improvements at the construction sites involving the
new Parkway/Trail intersections near the Memorial Bridge.  The Park Service
has recently made accommodations for bicyclists/pedestrians to get around
the construction.  The situation has been greatly improved and it is much
safer and easier to get through the intersections.  But you still must take
great care at these intersections.  Good luck to you die hard winter
bicyclists.
