Committee (dated 10 Nov), as a Comment to the referenced Hearing.  It was
evident that views of the Alexandria Bicycle Study Committee has been taken
into consideration.

Please note my concern that no one with whom I was directed to talk,
including the Project Coordination Manager, Norine Walker, was aware of any
input from Fairfax County with respect to Bicycle/Pedestrian interests.
