Wilson Bridge and VDOT Staging Yard

Chan and I attending a WWB Stakeholders panel meeting tonight where a lot of
ground was covered.  I am short on time so will give you the good news.
Chris Reed, the VDOT WWB Project manager said that he heard just today that
VDOT was no longer considering the Clermont property for a staging yard.
Somebody else said that the Planning Commission Docket had slipped this item
to September.  Apparently, there were 17 staging areas, all within the
construction corridor identified in the EIS.  3 of them have been rejected.
I got the impression that the WWB project would be considering only these
sites.  However, VDOT may still be looking at other sites for other reasons.
Chan has agreed to replace George on the Telegraph Road panel.
