Canceled Bike Meeting

Bruce,

I hope your situation works out OK.  When the meeting is rescheduled I would like to expand the discussion on the Holmes Run trail closure to find out why, after 6 weeks, there has been no work at all to restore the trail.

On a positive note, I observed that work on the Hooff's Run bridge has started.  This means that the Jamison temporary trail is now linked to a real schedule.

Sorry for the short notice, but the bike meeting for tonight is canceled.
I am a family emergency.
It is Passover so several people would be unable to attend, including our
vice-chair Paul.
Rich Baier has had to reschedule for next month.  He did say that he is very
interested in what we are doing and looks forward to meeting with us.

Don't forget to attend City Council next Tuesday, April 25 where the Mayor
will read a proclamation declaring Bike Month in May for Alexandria.  Paul
will send out a message with more detail.
