East Coast Greenway

The East Coast Greenway Coalition and a similar group in Canada for the
Trans Canadian Trail are promoting the trails by carrying water from the
Gulf of Mexico and the Pacific as in a "wave" of support.  They will be
going through the Northern Virginia area on April 18 or 19 and would like to
have help in carrying the wave to the District line. The route is from
Fredericksburg to around Woodbridge to the Mt Vernon trail into DC.  If
