YES... I am still alive... looks like you wonderful people have been working
away while I settle into a new job ... The summer / fall was a challenge and
Winter was more so...

Anyway  "Proof reader"  John found a "typo" on the legend that appears when you
click on the map it self..    Even though some of the public think it
"minicipal"  should be spelled  Municipal..

Hope to make a meeting if you'll have me back once I get this company
established here in DC...
