Bruce,
     Please add the road I call "Hertz" St.  It's the one that goes west to
Hertz and Jack Taylor's new Toyota location and east into the Potomac Yard
shopping center.  That's where our 4 Mile Run trail connects to the north end of
the Jeff Davis Hwy (Rt. 1) trail by the shopping center.  Need to trigger both
east and west bound.
     I'll have to have a conversation with TES about cars interfering (to put it
politely!) where the Rt. 1 trail crosses the shopping center entrances.
