Signal Activation

Good news
Marion has talked to TES staff and they have agreed to check out the signal
activation triggers that we find to be a problem.  So I need your lists now.
Please give the street name and the intersecting street name and the
direction with the insensitive trigger .  For example:

Howell  - eastbound and west bound -  at U.S. Route 1
Stovall - southbound - at Eisenhower
Reinekers - southbound - at Duke
