For what it's worth, I seem to recall the bridge over Rt. 7 in Falls Church
cost about $900K. I thought the quote in the POST was really low for the

There has to be something wrong with this story, remember the Wilson Bridge
people said a single ramp from Telegraph Rd. to Eisenhower Ave. would cost
over
one million dollars and "break the budget". If a single ramp costs over a
million
then there is no way those two bridges with stone facing could possibly cost
only $1.1 million. Somethings fishy.
