The Second Annual Virginia Bicycling Education Conference

Planned topics include:
- Bike Education in Virginia Schools
- Bike Education/Advocacy in Other States
- Better Bike Facilities in Virginia
- Virginia State Government Efforts in Support of Bicycling

Join us for a Welcome Reception Sunday evening.  On Monday and Tuesday, we
will have presentations by various speakers as well as group break out
sessions so you can contribute your own ideas. Find out more about TEA-21
and other funding sources. Find out about planning bike facilities and what
guidelines are available.

The theme of this conference is built on the results of the first conference
last year where participants recommended more communication in the state
among people and groups working on bicycle education and safety so that we
can share in our knowledge and begin to work more closely together to
achieve our common objectives.
