1.  The grant application was mailed at the end of last week.  The City
Council meeting to approve the request was postponed until tomorrow Feb 1.
I plan to attend.
With weather being what it has been, the city decided to get the application
in with the City Council endorsement to follow.  Buffie will be mailing this
letter and any more endearments in on Wednesday.  So, if you still want to
get a letter in, do so ASAP and she can include it in the package.

make the change in the BSC list.
